This facilitates a subtle, gradual ongoing process of release in the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies.

Physical and Emotional

Journeywork is a powerful process (taught by Brandon Bays) involving a journey of discovery into the soul where real healing begins. From this level of essential awareness, understanding and healing reflect back through the emotional to the physical level.
   The Journey is about resolving our issues, healing the pain, completing the stories, and forgiving those we love, so that we can get on with our lives healthily – free from the emotional baggage of the past. Once the core issues are resolved, then the surface symptoms can finally move on.
   All you have to lose are limitations, old wounded patterns, and traumatic memories still stored inside your cells, obscuring us from our true selves. No matter how deep the issue is, and how much you have struggled with it, the possibility exists for you to become absolutely free, whole, and healed. Each person must actively participate in their own healing process for true resolution.
    You are capable of getting to the root cause of these issues, resolving them, letting them go completely, and setting yourself free to live life at your highest potential, as a full expression of your True Self.
